A lot of dealerships in my area seem to charge a premium for modified vehicles no matter how hideous.

Judging from every exterior picture, and especially the rear-on shot, it deperately needs wide fender flares. How would you keep it clean otherwise? Even on a dry road..

Another classic example of someone thinking they can get their money back from the modifications he/she has done on their vehicle....
I wonder though if the dealership got suckered by the owner and paid way too much for the truck and is now trying to sell it for a ridiculous price? Or if everyone involved is just on crack.
